This beautiful villa with a hot tub is located on a quiet street, ensuring privacy, and is also close to the
sea, the main city beach and the bus station for Zrće beach. There are numerous restaurants, a
promenade along the sea and shops in the immediate vicinity. There are also tennis courts, a sports field
and an outdoor gym nearby.
The villa is on two floors and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed for two people and the
other, larger, with two double beds for a total of four people. The bedrooms are located on the first floor
of the villa and each has its own balcony. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa
bed for two more people, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a terrace with a
hot tub. The villa has two parking spaces.
