Outside the summer season, our focus and greatest passion is organizing team building events.
Our goal is to organize team building as a trip that combines incredibly beautiful nature and surroundings with interesting and adrenaline-filled, unusual activities. Add to that good food & drink, quality accommodation and a good party - we have the ultimate adventure for building up the team spirit and connections.
We have organized team building trips for numerous domestic and foreign companies, mostly in Slovenia and of course in Novalja. As the most interesting activities we would like to highlight:
• a themed treasure hunt in the open air by the sea and rocks
• adrenaline rafting on the turquoise green Soča River
• cycling routes from Kranjska Gora to the Belopes Lakes in Italy
• an adventure on quads in the hidden bays of the island of Pag
• paint & wine in alpine huts with a fireplace and mulled wine
We consider connecting people within teams outside of working hours and the business environment to be extremely important for the progress of a company because people are the most valuable resource and the core of every business.
